Enterprise seats
One owner, licensed seats for the whole team, one bill — cheaper per seat than solo plans.

How enterprise works
One owner account buys licensed seats for a whole team at localkeep.ai/enterprise; every seat carries a Pro-class allowance (2,000,000 monthly output tokens) at a lower per-seat price than individual Pro accounts — $39.99/seat from 5 seats, $34.99 from 25. The owner's own account is licensed as one of the purchased seats: owners pay like everyone else.
Licensing your team
•
Add a teammate by email. An existing account is licensed immediately.
•
An address with no account yet becomes an invite — their seat activates the moment they first sign in with it, so you can add everyone before anyone has registered.
•
Removing a member frees their seat instantly.
•
A member who also has a personal paid subscription keeps it — the seat is the fallback, never an override.
Billing
Seats are prepaid by the month through PayPal — one payment, one bill, nothing auto-charges. When the month ends the seats lapse until renewed with one tap. Need more than 500 seats or invoicing? info@localkeep.ai.
